The Cosquer cave on public exhibition with Oxy

Announced two years ago with giant letters placed by Oxy on the glass walls of the Villa Méditerranée opposite the MuCem, the replica of the underwater cave discovered by Henri Cosquer in the Calanques of Cassis will finally reveal all its secrets.

Under the direction of Kléber Rossillon, manager of cultural sites in France (such as the Chauvet cave) and to whom the Southern Region has entrusted the management of the site, Oxy is finalising the installation of the inscriptions on the building’s façade. This is a major project, which required the use of a 70 m long gondola, while waiting for the signage and the scenography of the exhibition to open on 4 June.

DFrom now on you can book your entrance, ticket office is available on line.
